9月14日 Gotta Get Another JOBI have a couple of job interviews lined up for next week. I have never had to work two jobs in my life. And now that I find myself in a situation where I may have to, it is a little frustrating. It is my own fault. If I had stayed in Wyoming, and put up with small town life, I wouldn't need to have two jobs. I'm sure I'll live and I can be assured that my son will survive as well. As hard as this has been for me this last month, - Isn't it amazing? I was worried about how well my son would adjust and he seems to be doing better than I am. - I refuse to go back to Wyoming.
9月5日 It's Been a Rough MonthI decided that I needed to get a second job. At least for the time being. I have had a really hard time during my first month here and think that getting another job will help to make things go a little smoother. I have talked about this with my son and he thinks he could handle it if I was gone for a few extra hours during the day. I told him that it wasn't an easy sacrifice. Spending time with my son is very important to me, but so is being able to pay my bills and put food on the table. We'll see what happens over the next couple of months after I get that second job. Not suprising that it is extremely easy to find work around here.
The job that I have isn't bad. It is very repetive and mundane, but the perks it provides are excellent. How many jobs offer you rooms at some of Disney's premier resorts free? It makes sense though. I take care of them by booking people into their hotels, so they take care of me by providing my room for free if and when I go there.
Anyway, just thought I would fill you all in a little on what was going on. I'm glad that you are all watching out for me and anticipate the time when I can return on a regular basis. It means the world to me. Gotta go, darlings. A couple more places I want to apply at before my son comes home from school. TTFN |
